Steamfittings.co.uk is dedicated to bringing you unbeatable value engineering products.

Prices:
As we are not currently VAT registered VAT is not applicable on our products. Every effort is made to advertise correct prices, but they are subject to change without notice.

Delivery:
We aim to dispatch next working day, subject to stock availability, however due to unforeseen circumstances occasionally this may take longer.

Delivery Charges:
The following charges represent part costs towards processing, packaging and postage/carriage to most UK mainland destinations:
Order values up to and including £9.99 £3.50
Order values £10.00 and above up to £20.00 £4.10
Order values above £20.00 up to £50.00 £5.10
Order values above £50.00 up to £100.00 £7.00
Order values above £120.00 Free, except where otherwise stated (e.g. heavy items)

For deliveries outside the UK mainland, we will calculate the cost and seek your confirmation before processing your order.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro (Domestic), Solo and JCB cards.

Alternatively, you can select "Other Payment Method" where you have a choice of sending your card details by fax or phone (within 24 hours of completing your order) or "Please use my details on file" if we already have an account set up for you.

We do not charge for any item until shortly before it is ready to ship.

Credit Card Security:
All order and credit/debit card details are encrypted on the Paypal secure server when your order is placed and can only be decrypted after they reach our computer. Your credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site. Do not send your card details to us by e-mail as this is not secure.

If you still feel uncomfortable transmitting your credit card details via the internet, you may send your credit card information by telephone or fax but we must receive the information within 24 hours of you placing the order.

Returns Policy:
We operate a 14 day money back guarantee return to base policy. This means that all carriage costs for return of goods are to be borne by the customer. In the event of a return, the customer should first contact us within 14 working days of receipt of goods to discuss the issue and mode of return, if appropriate. In the event of return, we cannot accept responsibility for items being returned to us that are lost in transit. It is the customers responsibility to see that returned goods reach us and in the condition they were sent to the customer.

Necessary Proof of Purchase needs to be provided with all returns.

General Returns:
On receipt of goods, we will inspect the same for damage. If they are found to be in order, we will refund the cost of the goods.

Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods:
On receipt of goods, we will inspect the same for damage or fault. If we agree to the customers damage/fault observation, we will refund the full cost of the goods including prior agreed carriage back to us, or, replace the product/s and include a refund for the prior agreed carriage incurred by the customer to return the product/s back to us, as appropriate.

If we disagree with the customers damage/fault observation, we will only refund cost of goods (provided they are un-damaged).

These Terms & Conditions do not affect the customers' Statutory rights.

Steamfittings.co.uk is not responsible for the content available on any other Internet sites linked to the Website. Access to any other Internet sites linked to the Website is at the user's own risk.

Steamfittings.co.uk reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions. English law shall govern these terms and conditions and use of the Website and the user submits to the jurisdiction of English law with respect to any dispute relating to use of the Website or its content.
